Alle Zahlungen werden nach Eingang per Email rückbestätigt!
Zahlungen aus dem Nicht-EU-Ausland (wie z.B. Schweiz) müssen für uns spesenfrei sein!!!!
Allfällig verrechnete Bankspesen werden spätestens bei Anreise vor Ort nachverrechnet!

Account payment upon confirmation of the booking 10%
Restpayment in cash on location.
All payments will be confirmed by email upon arrival on bankaccount!
Payments from Non-EU-Countries (like Norway, Switzerland) must be free of charge for us!!!
In case charges have been put on the payment, you will be informed by us and have to pay the charges latest upon arrival directly to the owner!

Storno und Stornogebühr:
Bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise komplette Rückerstattung der Anzahlung.
Bis 14 Tage vor Anreise 5% des Gesamtpreises.
Innerhalb 14 Tage vor Anreise 10% des Gesamtpreises.
Stornos werden ausschließlich nur per Email akzeptiert!

Cancellation and cancellation conditions:
Until 4 weeks prior to arrival complete refund.
Until 14 days prior to arrival 5% of total price.
Within 14 days prior to arrival 10% of total price.
Cancellations are only accepted by email!

Wir arbeiten und vermitteln ausdrücklich im Namen und Auftrag der jeweiligen Vermieter. Für die Erbringung der vereinbarten Leistungen ist jeweils der Vermieter verantwortlich. Es gilt griechisches Recht.

We are working solely and explicit in the name and on behalf of the owner of the renting object. The performance of the service agreed upon is solely the responsibility of the renter! The renting refers to greek law!

Wir kennen alle Objekte und Vermieter seit vielen Jahren persönlich und überzeugen uns durch zahlreiche Besuche vor Ort laufend von der Qualität der Unterkünfte. Allfällige Beanstandungen bzw. Rückforderungen sind bitte sofort vor Ort beim Vermieter oder dessen Vertreter geltend zu machen!

We know all objects personally since many years and check the quality of the offered accomodation regularely. Complaints and redemanding of money must be done straigh taway on location at the renter or his representative!
